Outreach, Education & Masterclasses

Docspace Outreach launched as a charity in 2006 in order to facilitate its educational remit. In partnership with the Scottish Documentary Institute and Edinburgh College of Art, it offers masterclasses and interactive Q&As for multiple venues.

What's an Interactive Q&A?
It's a cinematic documentary screening, followed by an intenet streamed Q&A session with the director, in which multiple venues across the country may pose questions via emai. So far in 2007, we have hosted two interactive Q&As

Docspace Outreach works with young people through screenings and creative workshops. In partnership with DCA and Spectrum, it has also run animation and documentary workshops with schools, music and young film-maker festivals.
